The shop is great and the service is also excellent - my only feedback would be that you could widen your range to target customers who may be super keen cyclists but have a lower budget. I have cycled my whole life but fear it is becoming a bit elitist these days.
This is a score for the Bikefit service, which I have used three times and it has always been excellent. 9/10 because I haven’t yet had time to test the new riding adjustments so I don’t know if I’ll need to come back in.
