Very friendly staff - welcoming, informative and helpful. Great looking store. Warehouse round corner with full part inventory so if I enquire about a part that's in stock, they can get it in often within the hour. Shop feels upmarket, but I feel looked after as a serious customer rather than dismissed when I come in with my commuter bike.
