Great products and Matt and his staff are outstanding. I have thought about purchasing another brand of bike but the staff at Outspokin are so customer friendly, I will not go anywhere else.
My experience couldn’t have been better. Matt helped me try out bikes, showed me all the bikes that would best suit my needs, assembled and even delivered to my home bc I didn’t have a bike rack and there isn’t one for my style vehicle. I’ve already recommended a friend to them to buy her son a bike.
I brought in a bike that has been in my shed for a while to see if the tires were still good and get air. He fixed the tires and put on a new chain while I was there so I didn't have to leave it, tested it for me and put it back in my SUV - great service for a walk-in !
