Matt and his team at the Irmo store have made my bike feel like new! Their bend-over-backwards service, attitude and wilingness to answer my questions without making me feel dumb gave me so much peace of mind. This is great for someone like me who needs to get her road bike serviced rather than getting a new bike. This one has quite a few years left in her! 🚲 🚲
