I had an amazing experience with Philliip (I believe) who helped me sort through my challenge of an older tele boot and a hurting foot. He spent time heating up my liner, cutting foam for the challenging spot on my foot and remolding the liner to my foot. It was a very generous act, and I really appreciated his expertise. He was able to tell me that I didn't need to buy new liners as they were in decent shape for being 20 years old. I skied with these boots yesterday and NO PAIN!! I am very grateful. And know that IMT will continue to be my gear store for all things ski and bike. Thank you.

Staff was very helpful in fixing a ski binding concern that other ski shops in the area could not figure out. Very appreciative of their subject matter expertise and willingness to find a solution and fixed the binding.

I rolled up to the shop with a broken hinge in my Thule Box. Within 15 min they had it completely replaced and checked out for the same cost it would have been for me to buy the part on Amazon, trying to figure out the tools to remove the old one, then the tools to snap the new one on without cracking the box. It was done completely for $21 and 15 min of work. So great to work with a local business to get the job done. Great service and easy to work with.
