Your service team is great! All employees and owners are very nice and helpful but you’ve got to open up the store for customers so they can come in the store now. Especially if all staff have been vaccinated. Yes customers and staff should still wear masks until CA says it’s not required which I believe will be June 15. You’re missing out on many sales too.

Every time I go here, everyone is friendly and attentive. They ask the right questions to figure out the issue and know how to resolve. Solid prices, discount if you purchased your bike from there. Very friendly and helpful. I was unable to find the bike my wife wanted anywhere in Arizona so I called Holland and was surprised at how easily the staff accommodated my needs. Walked me through the shipping procedure and had the bike processed and shipped the next day! Best experience ever! Thanks for everything.

We love Holland’s Bicycles! Great service from sales person Nelson. He was super attentive to our needs - helping us get everything set-up correctly even bike Bluetooth capability. We love our new Trek Verve 3 bikes. Joe O suggested them to us - he knew exactly what we were looking for. And Holland’s has great products across the board - we got all the accessories like bags, pumps and locks, etc. No wonder they've been around forever. Keep up the great work guys!! Kudos to Hollands staff! They go above and beyond to help their customers. We have lived here for almost three years, and have purchased 4 mountain bikes and one beach cruiser from Hollands. The sales crew takes as much time with us as we need to narrow down our bike choice decision. Every time we need a tune up or any help with a repair, the service staff takes care of it immediately. I won't go anywhere else for future bike, accessory or service needs.
It was super easy to order online and pickup curbside in Coronado! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice and I really appreciate how covid-conscious the business is being! Thanks so much!! Oh, and the selection was fantastic. I'm really excited to get riding with my new saddle and tires.
