The salesman took 2 hours to fit me for the best fitting bike for me. He was so patient and good at making each bike's adjustments for me to see how it felt.
Just recently I had 2 flat tires and the employee took me right away and fixed them within 10 minutes.

Amos and the team were incredibly helpful when I was looking for something very specific, a Saris H3 Plus bike trainer. They even delivered it day-of for a small delivery fee, which was awesome.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in a 20-year old bike that needed work. They did an evaluation on the spot and told me exactly what they could do and how much it would cost. Everything was just as they quoted.
When I went to pick the bike up, they spent a lot of time to make sure I knew how everything worked. I had a lot of questions and they answered every one. They even put the bike in my vehicle. They are true professionals.
