I took my 9 year old road bike in for a level three tune up. After inspection, they advised it really only need level two. They completed the work in less time than expected and did a great job replacing the bar tape. They cleaned it up and it is like new. Great work.

I had ordered a gift certificate online. I was picking it up the next day-Christmas Eve. 2Rivers was closing at 2 and I was running a little late. I called to see if they would wait for me. I think it was Amos that I talked to. He waited until I got there to pick up my gc before closing. I was very appreciative of his kindness.
The staff at 2 Rivers worked through a warranty claim with Trek, resulting in a wheel replacement. I’m super appreciative of their extra ordinary efforts!
I consider Trek road e bikes to be top of the line products. When contacting by text you will get prompt answers to any questions you ask. On site people are knowledgeable, professional and fair. You take in trades of bikes and some other limited items granting fair value.
