I spent time with Jack looking at options on Friday afternoon. My concerns were fitting the new bike in the back of my Jeep and weight. We resolved those questions and arranged for a test ride Saturday morning. The introduction to the Trek Dual as well as test ride went very well. I bought some accessories as well as the bike. Jack did an excellent job of finding and fitting the bike to meet my needs. I’ve been riding since and still impressed by the bike’s performance.

2 Rivers Bicycle and Outdoor has a great staff. All are all very friendly and, more importantly, very knowledgeable all of their products. They provide high quality products and allow you to "test drive" any bike you may be looking to buy. My experience with 2 Rivers has been exceptional every time I have visited.
I was happy to have my tube replaced when I stopped into the shop for the replacement. Staff was polite and helpful. Also, talked about not filling tire to 80 PSI because of age of the tire. 60 PSI was recommended.

I went into 2 Rivers to inquire about gravel bikes for the purpose of touring/bikepacking. The employee there was very knowledgeable about the topic, and it was a joy talking to him. He also helped me get fitted into a new helmet. Awesome costumer service!
Each staff member is friendly, calm, helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently spend time with each customer to answer questions about new purchases and suggestion options. Service and repairs are quick and thorough; small repairs are often done immediately. Excellent selection of products in-store and online.
My front tire went flat due to a hole from a piece of glass. Took it in to get new tube and the repair was done immediately. Took about 15 min and I was on my way with my bike ready to ride! Excellent service and fast response. Would highly recommend.
