All of the employees were friendly and easy to talk to. They helped me (someone who knows nothing about bikes and felt somewhat intimidated before I walked into the store) feel confident in fixing up an older bike for my teenager to use instead of buying a new one. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs, tune ups or new bike purchases.
