I had ordered a gift certificate online. I was picking it up the next day-Christmas Eve. 2Rivers was closing at 2 and I was running a little late. I called to see if they would wait for me. I think it was Amos that I talked to. He waited until I got there to pick up my gc before closing. I was very appreciative of his kindness.
The staff at 2 Rivers worked through a warranty claim with Trek, resulting in a wheel replacement. I’m super appreciative of their extra ordinary efforts!
I consider Trek road e bikes to be top of the line products. When contacting by text you will get prompt answers to any questions you ask. On site people are knowledgeable, professional and fair. You take in trades of bikes and some other limited items granting fair value.
Products are delivered as scheduled/promised.
Everyone I’ve dealt with @ 2 River’s Bicycle and Outdoors has been just plain awesome to deal with. They’ve gone above and beyond every time we’ve gone in the store. We won’t go anywhere else for our bicycling needs.

The salesman took 2 hours to fit me for the best fitting bike for me. He was so patient and good at making each bike's adjustments for me to see how it felt.
Just recently I had 2 flat tires and the employee took me right away and fixed them within 10 minutes.
We were helped quickly and efficiently, and with very friendly service!
Amos and the team were incredibly helpful when I was looking for something very specific, a Saris H3 Plus bike trainer. They even delivered it day-of for a small delivery fee, which was awesome.
I participate in spinning classes and they are well taught, challenging and enjoyable. I also bought a bike this year and they went out of their way to make sure I bought the bike I needed for my level of activity and for training. Very helpful staff!
Registered for a class using a gift card. Sales associate, Jack, assisted me. He was very patient, kind, and answered me questions about the class.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in a 20-year old bike that needed work. They did an evaluation on the spot and told me exactly what they could do and how much it would cost. Everything was just as they quoted.
When I went to pick the bike up, they spent a lot of time to make sure I knew how everything worked. I had a lot of questions and they answered every one. They even put the bike in my vehicle. They are true professionals.
