Great personal service. Bought my gravel bike a couple months ago and stopped in for a quick adjustment and they were very accommodating.

We were early to the store on a Saturday, they saw us at the door and let us it to shop. That was great, they did not have to that. Then very helpful on merchandise we bought.

Amos was so helpful and could tell what I was looking for (haha likely by the fact that I'm clearly a harried mother and not a competitive rider!). However, not only was he and the rest of the staff great with my kids, but he was great with answering my beginner-level questions without judgment. He knew my budget and stayed within it, even offering suggestions that were more budget-friendly than I had been imagining. I loved that they were clearly ready to cater to any level rider, and made everyone feel welcome. Thank you so much for all your help, and we will definitely be back!

Personal, quality, reasonable cost
I found Dale to be very friendly. He let me in the store to look around before it was open. I appreciated that very much. I was glad to come by later and make my purchase of helmets.

The bike I bought is great, great selection to choose from (although I already knew what I wanted), also great selection of accessories. The staff were awesome too. I haven’t had any service done yet as my bike is brand new but I plan to use them for all my annual services.

I spin there in colder weather, and this year I purchased a bike there. The staff is very helpful, and I especially have to give Amos a shout out for being helpful, supportive, and willing to get me riding a bike whatever it takes. I spin in the winter, but haven't biked in 50 years
(can't believe it!). So now I'm on a new bike, on the trail, and getting better. All is good!!!

we brought my wife's bike in to see about ways to perhaps raise the handlebars up further than the factory stem would rise. The 2 shop mechanics whom we discussed with were totally helpful in this particular bike was limited to the options available. She needs to relieve some of the hand pressure from leaning forward. Josh recomended as an option new better hand grips. we went that way. while we had the bike there we left it for josh to check out the overall need for maintenance. it was ready the next day.
The cost for the grips and shop labor was totally reasonable. The 2 persons we worked with were really great to work with.
Had the proper tires in stock. The technician did a great job explaining what my bicycle needed. Service was performed and ready at the designated time.
