The lady who helped us is very knowledgable and helped us a lot. We bought a bicycle for our son. We fell we got all the information we need. It is definitely a place to go to get a bicycle.
Local company and friendly attentive service. Came in for particular MTB flat pedals from 2RC website, though neither set were stocked in store, they had a very comparable brand that the young associate guided me towards. To be Frank in a world of online vs brick and mortor, just that extra moment he took to reassure that the in store option would suffice is what closed the sale. I don’t want to have to buy online for everything, and this associate just briefly talking to me and pointing out the set prevented me from walking away empty handed and buying online.

I was very fortunate to find the Trek bike I was seeking in the right frame size at 2 Rivers Bike Shop in Ft Atkinson. It was a bit of a hike for me, but well worth the trip. It felt like going back in time, to a family run bike shop where they did tune ups right behind the counter.
They took the time to go through the new bike with me, as well as a quick derailleur adjustment and safety check on my vintage 1989 Trek bike before I left. I haven't felt this good about a purchase in many years! It was such a treat to do business with them, and I hope to cross paths with them again!
