We purchased a new bike for our daughter. This was actually a bit further than the trek store but well worth the drive they were very knowledgeable (much more than at the trek store) and very helpful. Excellent service and very friendly low pressure atmosphere. The bike is also Great and our daughter loves it (Trek should however make some different colors).
Products are very well made and the service is awesome. A lot was explained. Brandt spent a lot of time explaining the features of the bike. Thank you!

The customer service experience is outstanding! I feel like Norm, from Cheers TV sitcom of the 80's. They know my name and my bike model as I walk in. Pretty cool really. Two of my friends now have bought bikes from here (yep, I recommended it to them) and they love it too. GREAT service and GREAT customer service is why I keep going back.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful at Two Rivers. They offer good advice and don’t make you feel like you have to do something but just offer really great suggestions to keep in mind if you want to make adjustments to your bike. Additionally the bike store did a really great job at cleaning up my old bike and making it feel almost brand new which is amazing considering how old my bike is. Overall, not only was the service great but the people are super personable I would definitely go again and recommend it to a friend.
