My husband and I have had absolutely stellar experiences working with 2 Rivers Bicycle and Outdoor. Having not ridden on a bike for quite some time, on our first visit the team took a great deal of time answering our questions, explaining different features, and making sure we felt comfortable with our selection of Trek bikes to order. When we came to pick them up, Dale went above and beyond in helping us pick out a bike rack and helping install it so we could take the bikes home safely. All of the staff we interacted with were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and considerate. Service was performed as estimated. New problems were discovered. Your staff called to update us every step of the way. On pick up a new problem was discovered on one of our e-bikes. Staff immediately checked it out. Recommended I leave the one bike. Again was informed promptly what new part was needed. Staff always kept me informed. I’ve been recommending this store and staff for 4 years now. They’re knowledgeable and helpful. Even if they don’t have what I need they will point me to the next best place. Because they want you riding more then shelling out lots of money to other places. I’ve been to certain place in delafield wi. They didn’t have nor could order some specific pants for winter. They just were like sorry. So I left and have not been back
