I walked in w/ my bike needing a new tube for the back tire and wasn’t sure if I also needed a new tire. Immediately reassured both tires were fine, and told the tube could be replaced within the next 20 minutes. Given what the cost would be up front.

I think this crew, at 2 Rivers Bicycle, is amazing. I felt like they actually listened to me, and took into account my concerns. They were also very upfront and honest about what is possible, what is plausible, and what won't really work. They gave me an estimate for my tune-up within about a day or so, and gave me options. Once again, they listened to what my needs were and discussed with me how we could meet them. I'm extremely happy with this, my first experience with 2 Rivers Bicycle. And I look forward to many more in the coming years.
I worked with 3 great staff members while buying my mountain bike - all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I will absolutely be back for bikes and maintenance in the future!
Friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth salespeople and owner. We knew next to nothing about e-bikes and any question we had was answered with respect and thoughtfulness. In addition to their professionalism, we had fun with employees while learning and making our purchase--2 e bikes; 1 a planned purchase and another e bike purchased spur of the moment without any regret or buyer's remorse.
I called very last minute on Labor Day Saturday with a flat tire, knowing they were closing in an hour. I live in Whitewater and Door County and normally use bike shops there, but I remembered hearing there was a shop in Fort Atkinson also. I was impressed by the appearance of the shop and the fact that even during this pandemic time, when stock in any bike shop is scarce to none, there was actually inventory. A very kind and speedy mechanic had my tire fixed in no time and took the time to remind me that before long I would need to have my tires replaced. He added me to the data base and also invited me on group rides. I love my bikes and my bike shops, and now I have Two Rivers to add to my collection of great bike shops. Thank you so much!
