Love that it is local, but can get almost anything in from Trek as needed. Love that I know the shop owner personally and his enthusiasm for getting people what they need or want for their fitness is apparent.

The products last a long time....the service, they're very knowledgeable to what needs to be done with bikes brought in when something needs replacing.
Very detailed explanation of what work was done on my bike and my wives. The staff also helped get my bikes out to my vehicle. Lastly manager was helpful in discussing options for covering my bikes on the trailer and was very helpful.
I like that there is a tune up special in the spring. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is awesome, took my Powerfly in for service a couple months ago. Parts are impossible to get anywhere right now, but they kept me updated on back orders, and when I got it back it was like brand new. Will definitely be going back.
