I love the deep water aqua fit class. I would love to see more of these classes that are offered after work hours.
All the employees are very friendly. They know me by name, which is very nice! Shout out to Richard and Andrea always a friendly face when you come in.
Everything, I find the gym to have all the equipment I need for a complete workout and it is clean! I enjoy the pool and sauna, I also enjoy pickleball and the fun social element that goes with it, I hope to start participating in more classes such as Tai Chi and Yoga.

I only take one class there. it is from Barbara on Friday morning at 11, and I really love going.
The Y is a comfortable environment for me to get in a workout. The space is clean. The patrons are friendly and respectful. The staff is always present and helpful.
The variety of classes and the generally excellent instructors are great! My only gripes are: (1) the very streaked mirrors (Littauer room especially) that look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages; and (2) the announcements about something closing in 1 minute which disrupt some classes (especially yoga).
I love Yoko's Aqua Zumba classes. I have had bilateral hip and knee replacements, so water exercising is ideal for me. I can do things in the water that I could never do on land. Keeps me active and feeling younger than my almost 80 years!🙂
