I like the yoga classes and rock wall at the Y. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. They support my practice with advice and guidance. They answer questions and suggest books to learn more.
All ages, all body types, all fitness levels no loud music, nothing trendy.
I like the weight machines and treadmills and my wife and I enjoy using the pool to swim laps, as well.

The staff are very friendly! I love the classes that are offered. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the gym. I would like to complain about the cleanliness of the parking lot. Often, there is a lot of trash in the parking lot nearest the basketball court. Otherwise, I am having a great experience.
