I have been a member for two years and that is a record in my life. I am 75 and have never been a consistent workout attendee. Once I joined in with the Flexibility course, it became a big positive in my sense of well-being. It started as an offering of once a week and I immediately spoke to the front office requesting adding a second day. Fortunately there was enough interest and our instructor, Kelly Keh, had the availability so I try to make it both days each week. When I am not able to, I miss it greatly.
I know from the other classes / activities my family members enjoy that it is a wide-ranging menu. The facility is clean and well-maintained and the staffing handle themselves very professionally.

We love the Y! It has been a wonderful experience for not only me, but my family. So much to get involved with. Having childcare included is a major bonus! Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful as well!

On the whole my experience is pretty good. However, within the last year or so and level of professionalism amongst the y staff has started to decline. The newer employees are much less courteous and pleasant.

My daughter is 18 years old and the environment is safe and very family friendly. I feel safe letting her go to the Y all hours of the day with or without me.
