A great place to meet and to come to.
I had two months pause this summer. When we came back, the Sauna room which is my reason to come here is renovated. We were ecstatic because it has been in poor condition for a while. We love to see the facility was well maintained in a timely manner.
I also love the donation carts in the doorway because it is really convenient for the community to donate for the needs of others. One time, this woman was asking around for a feminine pad in the locker room and fortunately I kept some. I think there should be a box for such emergency.

I like that there isnt music playing, BUT the large air vent above the trainers’ stand looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years.

So many options and classes to take
Generally clean, efficient and safe. I am a senior who uses the lap lanes at the pool.
I’ve overall had a great experience at the Y in Towson. My kids love it we’ve spent hours and hours at the pool. Recently my youngest earned his green neck band and it felt like a milestone.
I will say though that some rules seem to be more important than others and I wish people showering before they get into the pool was enforced. There are times when I can taste people’s cologne or deodorant.
Polite at the door entrance and cleanliness of facility
Some of the staff members have an exceptional attitude. I wish I knew their names so that I could list them. I think I’ll ask then redo the survey!
