Gosh! Where to start? I like that there are programs that speak to the interests and needs of my family both as a group and individually. That's saying a lot in our case. I'm 65, my wife is 38, and our daughter is 7 and still, we find many things that we can do individually or in some combination. My wife and I met at a Y in North Carolina and we have been and will be members forever.
