I attend the 11:00 am aqua arthritis class. I made many friends, enjoy the class. Every employee I have encountered at the Y has been courteous, so helpful and makes me feel welcome. i have no reservations about approaching an employee to ask a question. I enjoy my overall experience.

FANTASTIC facility with wonderful programs for everyone
It is a friendly atmosphere. I am in the rock steady boxing class - the trainers truly care for each person. Very motivating.

Joanna was an excellent swim teacher! My kids learned so much from her and the flexibility and personal attention of private lessons was excellent!
Swim lanes are not too crowded, and I don't have to wait long to begin to exercise.
I love this program. It keeps the kids from sitting around the house all day playing video games. My grandsons had a great time!

Big, well maintained center, friendly staff
The personnel are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They have a lot of fitness machines and a great swimming pool. The hours they have a or lap swimming is very convenient. The cycle classes are fun and you get a good mixture of cycling routines.

It's inexpensive, it's family oriented, I can stay on track with maintaining my health and introduce it to my daughter as she grows up. Gets us out of the house on cold or wet days.
Friendly service and plenty of exercise machines
I have loved swimming with my kids at the Y, Melissa's barre class, using the treadmills and watching HGTV whenever I want, etc. It's a great place to build community and I run into people there often!
