overall great experience. a better job can be done to keep equipment clean. Your young people working the desks should do less "leaning" and more cleaning. They also need proper equipment to clean with as well as expert instructions and supervision as to how to clean, etc/ Your janitorial service company should be able to help you in this regard.

The facilities are very nice. The instructors are fantastic. The members are very friendly and welcoming. It feels like a community and it feels good to belong.
The one thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the exercise rooms. The baseboards are really dirty and need to be scrubbed.
I was visiting family from out of town and looking for a place to workout. I figured I could pay a couple one-day fees to lift a couple times while I was home. I was immediately steered toward a 3-day "get-to-know-the-Y" pass that was free! Everyone was super helpful and there was zero pressure for anything else. the facilities were first rate - I had a great experience! Thank you!

I love coming to the Y, the staff are amazing and always in good spirits. They try to keep the business clean throughout the day and are very mindful of any questions that arise. My only gripe is that the individual plan is a bit steep.

The front desk staff are so nice and welcoming. The variety of classes are great. Special shout out to Ashley and Brianna who lead the Sunday 10am Cardio Blast class, and Chris for Thurs 5:30pm body pump. I am happy to see that there are no machines broken at this moment.
