I love the class. Thalmus is a good instructor, my class mates are fun to be with and we encourage each other. Unfortunately, I have an injury, not from boxing, so I’m not boxing at this time. I’m not a happy person right now. I miss my workouts.

Both of my daughters progressed significantly. Our 5yo went from swimming with a noodle to swimming the length of the pool, and also learning to swim underwater. Our 4yo went from being scared of the water to swimming with the noodle. Overall, we're very happy with the results of the class, and plan to enroll our daughters in additional YMCA swim classes.

As I've written many times, I've been going to the Y since 1971, and I think that classes such as Body Sculpt have helped keep me alive all these years (I am 82 now). Thanks for the new Everfit class! Please don't publicize my remarks again (you've done it before and I don't think you need to any more), but I just wanted to thank you for Everfit.

The center is clean and welcoming. The family bathrooms get used by individuals and it makes families have to wait longer.
