I love that the place is inclusive and family friendly. The equipment is state of the art and well maintained. The class offerings are many and varied with inviting instructors. The Y always has a uniquely engaging weekly or monthly theme that we can expect to be excited about. The Y is our absolute favorite family hangout because we can take a break and play together or separate when we need to, but still be in a shared space.
I do not love the lifeguard shortage. We joined for the pool (we stay for everything else), but more often than not, we are unable to access it. Very disappointing. I realize that labor shortages are a thing, but the constant pool closings suck.
OAN: The bathrooms could be cleaner. The floors are ALWAYS dirty in the group fitness rooms. So much so, that I have to cover my children's hair when they are in class. I suggest a cleaning contract because no employee is going to be or stay motivated enough to keep the place clean considering the filthy, inconsiderate habits of some members.
Besides the many options available for fitness, I like that the employees are super friendly and cleanliness of the facility.
Using the Y during my recovery from a leg fracture has been a Godsend! I love the walking lane and the family pool. Everyone I've met has been really great.

The people are great
I'm excited to start a membership, the facility is large and airy and has so many amenities. I'm also excited to have my parents join me for classes or a work out, and for me to join them at their home Y because we're in the same Y family! Exciting!
Family pool is amazing. Love the eco-friendly, sunny building design. Love the array fo classes available in-person and through the virtual class portal. So grateful for "stay and play".

I had two months pause this summer. When we came back, the Sauna room which is my reason to come here is renovated. We were ecstatic because it has been in poor condition for a while. We love to see the facility was well maintained in a timely manner.
I also love the donation carts in the doorway because it is really convenient for the community to donate for the needs of others. One time, this woman was asking around for a feminine pad in the locker room and fortunately I kept some. I think there should be a box for such emergency.

People are very nice. Crystal at the front desk signed me up and Bill is very nice at five o'clock in the morning.

Great facilities, helpful staff, electric car chargers. LEED Silver environmental design, fun activities for our grandchildren.
I like that there isnt music playing, BUT the large air vent above the trainers’ stand looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years.
