Everyone is so friendly and supportive
The Y has so many programs and it’s not too expensive! it seems to have an outreach for all people….all of God‘s children no matter who we are how we are. The equipment is great. The staff is great thanks so much.
Good experience
Everyone is very friendly and I love seeing whole families involved in various activities.
The facilities and the friendly staff
The Y is aesthetically pleasing, has tons of programming, accessible, relatively affordable and family friendly!
members and staff are so nice.
I’m very concerned about the lack of lifeguards and failure to notify members of this “unforeseen circumstance”. Not all facilities report via email or text of “unforeseen circumstances “.
Towson State is how far from your facilities with a matriculation of 19,000 plus students? Surely, there are students willing to work for the YMCA.
I hate to be that person but here it goes.
I’ve been a member since 1972, originally in Philadelphia and transferred to Baltimore in the early 80’s. Prior to COVID, I have never experienced a lack of personnel in either Philly or Towson.
Maybe COVID is the Y’s excuse for the lack of personnel.
Please let me know what your remedy will be for this situation. Email address removed
Great variety of activities that keep me busy, active and healthy
It’s family friendly and near my home. Allows for me to participate in a class while my children play basketball and my husband lifts weights in the gym.
I like the facilities that are available, and that they are maintained fairly well and kept clean. I like the friendliness of the staff. I like the focus on being a support for the community, and that it provides a feeling of being a part of the community.

The convenient location and friendly atmosphere . Equipment is always kept in great condition.
