Our family loves the Y! Our children love being able to rock climb and we love that we are able to workout while they do it! Parents night out is the best! Our kids enjoy themselves and so do we!

I just love how much space there is. There are plenty of machines and weights to use. A huge bonus is that all of the cardio machine are new and clean.

Been really enjoying the 5:30am bootcamp class. My kids also love the Parents Night Out. These 2 programs have been really beneficial to our family!

Nancy is a wonderful instructor for our girls. She’s the perfect balance of instruction and encouragement. She took our oldest from wearing floaties to passing her green band swim test in 6 months. We’ve been so pleased.
