The facilities are great. But please get the virtual group exercise system back on line! Maybe join up with the multi-Y, YMCA360?
The Arnold Y is a spacious facility, with plenty of equipment and classes for one to exercise til their heart's content. Machines, floors, bathrooms are clean, and the people who make the place function, including instructors and greeters, are welcoming and friendly.
Reasonable prices and lots of classes available. So far I’ve only used the pickleball courts but the group has been very welcoming to a beginner.
You guys are better than every fancy gym that charges three times what you do for half the experience!
It is very easy to get in and get out with a full range of equipment available for your use. the only negative asspect is the allowance of people to use their cell phones while working out .. As with everything, some people abuse this right by sitting on the machine and using their cell phone for long periods of time making this difficult to accept .... They need to impliment a NO PHONE POLICY
Clean facility, well maintained machines.
Dislike: People sitting at machines playing with their phones. Suggest posting "Machines are for exercise, not phones" or something to that effect.
The staff is friendly
The classes are what is important and the teachers of these classes. The equipment is good but most gyms have equipment so it is not the deciding factor for me.

friendly atmosphere, clean, lots of options for different classes especially in the morning
I love the classes, especially the Body Pump class with Instructors Jessica and Angela. I love thaking the classes with the 2 instructors. I love the Y because they offer so many diversified classes for every level. There is something for everyone and any of the staff will gladly assist you if you are unfamiliar with any of the equipment. I am a very seasoned Customer at the Y and absolutely love the atmosphere and the welcoming employees that represent the Y in a VERY positive manner. I tell all my friends and acquaintances about the great place the Y in Arnold is and many of my neighbors have joined because of my positive endorsement of the Y. I always feel so happy going to the gym and after coming home. For me, it is one of the best things I have done for myself. Keep up the great work,,,I LOVE the Y in Arnold!!!!!

Clean, friendly staff and convenient hours
I like the outdoor pool and most of the activities, especially the water aerobics and lap swimming. It's good that there are lessons and swim tests for the children, as well as the summer camp, but sometimes it's difficult to get a lap lane. In addition, I appreciate the excellent staff at the pool and indoors and the extended autumn time during which the outdoor pool remains open. The atmosphere is friendly and never dull. Suggestion: Have a way to limit the use of a lap lane to no more that 20 minutes per person at a time so that more swimmers can do laps.; even doubling up is not adequste becuse several people have to wait up to an hour to have a chance to use a lane.

Water Aerobics. The fact that they opened the back gate to the pool for the summer in Arnold. But I wish they would open it at about 745 or 7:50 AM for the handicapped people who are coming to the 8 AM class and parking in back.
Love the water exercises, the instructors and the lap pool.
The Y has lots of equipment and its very clean and everyone is very polite and helpful.
The employees are always friendly, the equipment and facility are clean and it's just a nice atmosphere to come to.
There's always something new to try out.

Equipmentand Sauna
Well I normally appreciate the family environment however my family and I were there Friday and after my workout I came to my vehicle to find there was a guy and girl in the car next to mine in the parking lot right in front of the building in broad daylight and the guy was touching himself. The vehicle is a gray Toyota Prius. Both drivers seat and passengers seat were laid back and the guy had his penis out. Hopefully the Y is able to control these types of things but should I witness this again I am calling the police.
