I love the instructors at the y in Arnold..Marlene is absolutely amazing ! As an older mom I have lost lots of my flexibility, ,and balance. I would have never in a million years thought I would love yoga!! I am obsessed with Yoga and Marlene is the reason I continue to come!
Classes are great, however I have noticed a decline in furniture appearance on the second floor.

For a little over $100 per month, me and my wife and our two kids get to enjoy all the Y has to offer from the pool to the gym to basketball/pickleball. And when either of us just want to go work out, the Y offers childcare which is just incredible at this price point. The Y isn't just a nice-to-have amenity for us like previous gyms; it's something that actively makes our lives better and easier by understanding our needs.
It's always clean, the equipment are in good condition and the people are great.

Very helpful staff
I have only been twice so far but I have enjoyed each time. They are clean, friendly, open atmosphere. I can't wait to keep exploring the other options and classes at the gym.
I can take a class from a variety available during the week at 830 am. Then I can play pickleball for about an hour and then go to work at my church. The trainers are friendly if you ask a question about a specific machine (Jill). It is just wonderful at my age (76) to be able to use the gym to work out. There is plenty of excercise equipment and classes to choose from!
