We’ve had an amazing experience with Riley at the Y, who has been working with my 12-year-old son for the past 2 weeks. From the very first session, Riley made him feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited about fitness. (He's a teenage boy who doesn't get excited about much!)
What really stands out is Riley’s ability to connect with kids. He strikes the perfect balance between being fun and focused, keeping workouts challenging but age-appropriate. He has also been very responsive to me via text and has been very open to hearing about what my son's exact needs are (soccer, nutrition, etc).
If you’re looking for a trainer who’s great with kids and genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Riley enough!

The Y is not far from my house
Everything!
great staff and equipment and facilites
I am really glad I chose YMCA for my gym membership. It's open so many hours that I have never been frustrated with access. In addition, it offers a preponderance of choices to keep my workouts interesting. I love the water aerobics classes. I can also just hit the treadmills and weights when I wish to. The facility is always clean and in good working order. I'm very satisfied.
I try to go to the Y everyday. The facility is great and the instructors are the best. The Y offers a wide variety of classes that I take and I've made many friends there.
I've always had fond feelings about the Y because my Dad said that during the depression he was offered a free membership there. It made a life long impact on his life and he always exercised and lived into his 90's.
Weights, pickle ball, sauna, pool, treadmills, bikes, ability to connect electronics, play games on new bike, scenery on old bikes.
Community intigration.
Great staf, always courteous and professional and awesome workouts!
The facilities are great. But please get the virtual group exercise system back on line! Maybe join up with the multi-Y, YMCA360?
The Arnold Y is a spacious facility, with plenty of equipment and classes for one to exercise til their heart's content. Machines, floors, bathrooms are clean, and the people who make the place function, including instructors and greeters, are welcoming and friendly.
Reasonable prices and lots of classes available. So far I’ve only used the pickleball courts but the group has been very welcoming to a beginner.
You guys are better than every fancy gym that charges three times what you do for half the experience!
It is very easy to get in and get out with a full range of equipment available for your use. the only negative asspect is the allowance of people to use their cell phones while working out .. As with everything, some people abuse this right by sitting on the machine and using their cell phone for long periods of time making this difficult to accept .... They need to impliment a NO PHONE POLICY
Clean facility, well maintained machines.
Dislike: People sitting at machines playing with their phones. Suggest posting "Machines are for exercise, not phones" or something to that effect.
The staff is friendly

The staff was all very nice and made me and my daughter feel welcomed.
