Friendliness, cleaniless, kindness of staff ...
I like the variety of cardio equipment and that they work well. I also like the large floor area for stretching and doing individual floor exercises. I like the classes available, love the Barre classes, pilates, etc. I haven't taken the cycle classes but plan on trying it out. I also like the idea that there are pickle ball courts which I also intend on using once I learn :-)
The greeter at the door is nice, I haven't had much contact with anyone else. The place is clean, there is plenty of wipes for cleaning the equipment and the people who workout are acting responsibly by cleaning the equipment after use and wearing masks, I feel safe.

The staff is really nice. I have belonged to different clubs for years—I’m old!—but no club staff has been consistently as nice as at this club. Even when I’ve been very grumpy at not being able to get a pool lane, especially in the early months of reopening, the staff was courteous. That makes me feel more comfortable going there. I think the Y is obviously focused on customer service skills, keeping the facility clean and updated, listening to members’ concerns, and providing a wide variety of workout options. I have gotten folks to join, and they love it too!
My experience has been great with Y but I was not happen with attempting to log in to sign up for class. I do not have or know my user name and therefore, could not get in. HELP.
Have never been able to log on to any machines - pre covid - because of this issue. I am not computer savvy Thank you for your help!

The size of the gym is huge! A large variety of excercise equipment. Love the pools and variety of classes. All the instructors are professional and provide a fun workout atmosphere! Spent many years with Golds Gym but thoroughly enjoy the Y! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility.
I enjoy the Y and go religiously. The front desk and staff is very friendly.
I caution the Y as I see some members not wiping down the equipment - this is not good whether we are in COVID or not. I am also not seeing the Y wiping down the equipment as often as they were when opened during COVID.
I enjoy the Y - wipe down the equipment before and after (especially the handles) but I wish the Staff and some members would be more cautious.
I will continue to go to the Y and enjoy myself.

facilities and variety of water classes
Staff is very friendly, and facility is clean. The water temp is perfect in the pool! I would like to see the swimmers wait in an area that is more open rather than the closed-in hall, though. Why not in the pool area itself anytime after the 45 minute mark, in a corner while the staff disinfect? Thanks
Very friendly, helpful & professional staff
The variety of classes and times are great. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the sinks is low and the water is cool, especially in the women's room in the pool area. During Covid, having high pressure and warm water is better for washing hands.
The Y has made a sincere effort to adapt to the difficult conditions imposed by the pandemic. There are sufficient sanitizer dispensers and the machines on the fitness floor are separated by plexiglass partitions or physical separation. I have returned a number of times and confirmed for myself that it is safe to do so.
However, some issues remain. Some patrons do not cover their noses or mouth while exercising, even though this is the rule. It would be helpful if staff would circulate on the fitness floor to remind people that masks must be worn at all times. I have not observed the staff taking such action while I have been present.
Attendance is way down since the Y reopened. This is especially true for seniors, such as myself and others in the vulnerable age groups. The Y should reach out directly to these individuals to reassure them of the measures to insure their safety. I hope that a way will be found to resume fitness classes and individual training, as this will allow the Y to continue to remain a central part of our community.
The Y is like my private club; great equipment, good staff, good operating hours, and good sanitation.

I do wish you would ask everyone to actually wear their masks rather than have them around their necks. When someone without the mask on is puffing hard, folks clear a wide circle and miss out on nearby equipment.
I like that the Y, in its present state and always, is protecting its members by facilitating a safe experience. Nearly all members are wearing masks at this point and that feels good. Those who aren't wearing their masks properly are quickly reminded of the guidelines and life goes on. I appreciate that the staff are willing to help correct improper usage and make it feel safer for everyone.

Employees are friendly and clear in their instructions. Equipment is well maintained; there is a definite sense of cleanliness and safety in overall maintenance and response to current contagion dangers. The summer camp and the academic support programs have been serving my granddaughter well. She is happy going to the Y and we feel she is safe while she is there. The reservation websites are reasonably easy to use.
Good presence of employees cleaning frequently and reminding folks to wear masks.
