The Y has always made the safety of its members a priority while still offering the opportunities for us to exercise and maintain our health. I like the variety of classes and schedules to suit different needs. I believe that my Y membership and regular commitment to exercise have improved my health.

I like the variety of classes, the nice instructors who welcome you to their class, and having access to a pool 7 days a week. This all makes it a wonderful place !
