What do you like about your Y experience?

I came into the wall I feeling discouraged I'm down in the dumps. I received very cheerful patient advice on what kind of program would best be suited to me. All three people to talk to me encouraged me to be optimistic about increasing my strength and flexibility. They helped me find two different programs that would be most beneficial really made me feel like they had my needs at heart.

my son is learning a lot in swim lessons. i appreciate the safety measures in place at the ymca so that we may continue to utilize the facility and participate in programs
