Excersise
I like having a very clean, well-kept place to come to swim - even with the scheduling; I seem to be better at coming regularly to swim because of the schedule. I find all the workers friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy what they are doing. Other "Y" attendees seem to be happy to be able to come to get their preferred exercise.

The facility and staff have been completely responsible and thorough in how they have handled keeping people safe in a gym environment during this pandemic.
I am very grateful to have been able to use this facility, and felt safe, during this challenging time.
We’ve been members for over 10 years. Started as a place for child’s swim lessons and grew into a source of health and community. I never knew how much the dancel y meant to me until covid closed it. I’ll never forget that day, it was sad for many reasons. As soon restrictions lifted, we were there! Thank you to the staff working hard to keep us safe.

The Staff keeps the facility very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. It really encouraging that when I was incorrectly using the machines, one of staff members in Ellicott City, named Jamal, came up to show me the right way.

During the Covid restrictions I can see how much care goes into a safe and healthy environment. The equipment is constantly being wiped down and the members are courteous with wiping down after themselves and wearing masks. I feel comfortable coming in to use the equipment.

Instructors are good and class size is good.
Hours and on-line course registration. The prices are expensive for membership.
The Conveniences and opportunities

I am very happy that the Y has aqua exercise classes. The teacher, Rebecca, is excellent. I feel very safe with the Covid-19 restrictions in place. The class cannot be over crowded as you have to register and all safety precautions are being carried out.
Enhanced cleaning procedures and availability of wipes and sanitizer for self cleaning as well. Recommended y to friend yesterday
Only complaint is lack of staffing in Fitness Center at busy times...No one appeared to b on duty 2 Sat am Also staffing seems inadequate at other times as staff are roving between departments; at same time 3 staff in front desk area

Clean, friendly, well maintained
The Y has everything. Everyone is friendly. I would like to see a little more treadmill variation. A couple incline trainers with 30-40% grade and motorless treadmill like a Trueform treadmill would be an improvement.
