I joined the Y in July and this is my 2nd set of personal training. I'm happy to have a trainer who acknowledges your goals and helps you achieve them. Especially when you are new to the workout routine's and a beginner.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I love that classes are offered as part of your membership along with all of the exercise equipment and facilities like the pool and sauna. In addition, having fitquest and access to personal trainers is amazing.

I like the friendly, family atmosphere. I like the cleanliness of the facility. I enjoy the company of the people in my classes. I like how some of the staff greet me by name.
I look forward to going to the YMCA at the Dancel Center.

At this location, the staff is friendly, the building and all areas are clean and well presented, and the equipment is in working order! All that says "We value our customers and want to provide them value for the time and money they spend here at the Y."
