The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The gym has hand sanitizers to help prevent spread of germs and the members are helpful in assisting with decisions of classes to take and how to best benefit from them.

We love the Y! It is a wonderful family-friendly place. The staff are always so nice. The faculty is well maintained. We also like the fact that we can use different YMCAs around the country.

I like the class I attend (arthroscopic aquatics) as well as working with my personal trainer, Stacey. Both I and my orthopedist believe that my sessions with her have helped me forestall knee replacement surgery.
The Y has something to offer for everyone. I can meet my fitness needs, and it is a great place to meet new friends. The Y has become my social network as well as my my gym.

The diversity of the membership
First and foremost, I love the people at Dancel. It’s an excellent way to socialize and get a good and varied workout at the same time. The variety of classes and the various times available for those classes is a big selling point. You certainly get more bang for your buck at the Y than paying for individual classes elsewhere.
I like the various class offerings for adults and children. It is great that so many of the adult classes are free! I hope that soon some of the class offerings for children will be offered for free.
