The Y has something for everyone! As a retiree I love the sense of community when I walk in the door. Someone always greets me with a smile and a hello. For the past couple of years I have worked with my personal trainer, Justin, to regain my strength and general fitness. My personal training sessions have been geared to me so I progress at my rate. It is so satisfying to be taking an active role in caring for my health and seeing the results. I actually have been empowered to become more active in my own life. Recently I started swim lessons and water dance classes which are a new direction for me. The pools and staff are top rate and I am finding a new way to become active at the Y. There are so many ways to become active at the Y for all ages, I would highly recommend that you come by and see for yourself!
Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Your early morning hours are perfect for my work schedule.
I take a class on Wednesdays and Fridays, I love the instructor. She gives a great workout and there's lot of energy in the room. Donna is the best!

Janet cardio dance teacher! Also the Wednesday night Zumba teacher. Both wonderful. Friendly people work at the y.
Great place very convienient. Pam and Vina are the best instructors.
I really like my trainer, Stacy. Her knowledge of different equipment, different techniques and how to intensify any of these is extremely impressive. She is very atuned to body alignment & muscle function & emphasizes these to achieve results. Changing your body takes a lot of patience & perseverance & Stacy delivers those to help you reach your goals.

We signed both kids up. The younger one ( 7y.o ) was well accompanied with her peer group. My older (12 y.o) not so much. Suggest a preteen type camp in the future.
Classes: great variety, multitude of time and day options, really fun instructors.

Signed up for the Fitquest program. Sean introduced me to the equipment and helped me get started with a fitness plan. I hope to participate the Yoga and Water Fitness classes soon.
The Y has been great to our friends and family, especially to my mom who suffers from Parkinson’s. John Derwent has provided exceptional support to our group. Thank you!
I’ve never belonged to a Y before this, but my beloved has been a member for many years. I joined in Ellicott City, but my first time to use my membership was in Dallas, TX. So far I think I will enjoy using the Y’s facilities wherever I may need them

Love the Y, but single bathrooms near the front would be great, the bathroom for kids is so far back.

Welcome by staff when entering, variety of activities .
Stacy is a great trainer! She keeps me motivated, workouts are hard but fun. I’ve noticed big changes in my health, balance, etc. The gym is always clean and the staff is very helpful! It’s a great workout environment.
Great group exercise classes ! And latest and greatest equipments to work on alone in very clean and friendly environment.
