Chris was amazing in getting us 2 new bikes. Wanted different size tires and had to wait for the tires since they were not in stock at the time we purchased our bikes but once the shop got them in, they were put on our bikes. My wife needed her bike post shaved down to maximize comfort. Everything was done in a timely manner and we are happy with our FX3s.

I love the service and staff here in Chattanooga. The jury is still out on our choice on bikes for the terrain we ride (more road less gravel). Regardless the bikes are are fun to ride; in our case Dual Sport 2.
Wheel rebuild was excellent. Wheel was over 12 years old and finally broke a spoke.

He even offered my grandson (12) some advice, Then, we went back today with my daughter so she could get a bike rack on her car. Again, everyone iwas personable and professional at the same time.
