The Trek Service department goes above and beyond for their customers. I had a situation where the home office sent the wrong part to fix my bike. In order to get me back on the trails ASAP the service technician Justin took a bike off the floor in order to get me back rolling and made what was my issue his issue. I could not appreciate this more and they earned my business for life. I will not take my bike anywhere else!
