Dealing with you was absolutely perfect, from the initial purchase from Bay through the fitting, customization, and tuning by the others on staff. Compared to two other Trek shops I’ve purchased from in the area, your shop stands out as the very best by far!

I love Trek bikes. The guys in the shop gave me options for repairing my bike to consider, which I appreciate. The choices made a significant difference in the cost of the repair. And I appreciate their guidance in getting the older replacement on e-Bay. I took a star off due to the lack of communication about how the repair was coming along. The shop promised the repair would be done by one date. No call, text or email. I called and got a new date. No call, text or email by that date. Later, I got an email that my bike was ready. But I only found out how much it actually cost after I paid and got home.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the test ride experience, and they did a good job of anticipating what I would need once my bike was ready to go home with me.
My trek bike has performed great for me. I like the selection at AC Roswell and the other AC shops.
Chris is awesome, always personable and knowledgeable. Will go out of my way to go there.
Luke was extremely courteous and informative. I am a new rider and had tons of questions. He spent as much time as I needed to get comfortable with the equipment and the best options for me. I have already recommended Luke and Atl Cycling several times to friends and family. I will be back!
