I came by this past Saturday afternoon after not being able to close the skewer on the rear wheel.
Steven was able to work me in for a quick fix by lubricating the skewer. He also cleaned and lubed the chain and I was on my way.

Samantha was very helpful in helping me to find the exact bike I wanted. She also helped outfit my bike with all the accessories I needed (lock, rack, lights, etc). Finally she let me know how I would continue to receive service and support in future months, great to know that is available to ensure my bike stays in tune in the future
I had a warranty issue with a Kuat bike rack. Instead of just referring me to the company to handle the situation Josh came out took pictures of my bike rack sent off the warranty claim and gave me a strap to use to hold my bike on the current bike rack. At no charge.
