Staff greeted me when I walked in. While I already had an idea of what I was looking for, Mary was very helpful from start to finish in the purchasing process. The bike had to be sent to the location and assembled. She kept me informed via text which was helpful. We also had good discussions concerning accessories I needed. The Sales person was very thorough in explaining the differences between the different models and allowed us to test ride the bikes. he was patient with us and very friendly. he was also not pushy about making the sale which I appreciated. He ordered me the shoes that I wanted which were out of stock and messaged me promptly when they arrived. We are extremely happy with the bikes and the buying experience.
The staff is so accommodating and have always kept my ebike in great shape!

Mary and Vince were very good to communicate with regarding the shipping and assembly of the bicycles being sent. Vince was very professional and informative in talking with me on the phone regarding what was needed on both bikes. My wife and I also visited the store on a recent trip to the area and found Mary and the sales staff very helpful regarding e-bikes. We will look forward to visiting the store again when back in that area when visiting our daughter and family. Keep up the good work!!

The service personnel were down to earth and very personable. Got me in with a quick turnaround when all other bike shops were forecasting a week or more for service. I will bring my bike here each time when I am in the area.

The Mechanic Service, Stephen and Matt are awesome, I can count on them for my bikes services with blind eyes, I have 3 E-Bikes which are very expensive and only them can fix all the issues that I have !!!! they are excellent humans as well as excellent mechanics!

Windsor in service was phenomenal. When I told him that we were on a tight timeframe to get my son’s bike tuned up before dropping it off at his college later that day, he squeezed us in last minute and provided excellent service with a smile. Not only did he tune the bike as requested, he also advised on getting bike lights and putting on a bike stand. I felt confident being able to get my son‘s bike to him in a safe condition.
The sales and service staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I’m a first time Trek owner and they went above and beyond to help me pick the right bike, answer questions, fit the bike to my riding profile, and provide a level of support after my purchase that I didn’t expect.
