Smaller classes here as compared to Bob Sierra Y. Also parking is easy. Quite clean as well

It caters to us who are seniors, up to date with the exercise equipments , great staff and trainers.

To keep myself moving, being an older women, i recognize the importance of i need to keep myself moving, and be around others to socially, it good for me.

Every person that wears the YMCA logo on their shirt is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is also the cleanest gym I have ever been in. I feel like I am lucky that I found this gym, it is a GEM

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There's plenty of free easy access parking. The gym is kept ultra clean. The instructors are excellent. There is plenty of well maintained exercise equipment. The pools are beautifully kept up. The silver sneakers programs of classes and events are awesome. The gym is well lit and has great air conditioning.

Great place for families to workout and play. The Y run basketball leagues are great for the kids.

Your senior water class wonderful... Such nice ladies and wonderful instructor... That does not give up...
