I'm a senior and feel it is important for us to continue an active lifestyle for our health and the Y gives us the opportunity to keep on moving. With access to classes and gym equipment it helps with our mobility. I really appreciate YMCA.

Outdoor pool is consistently heated to a reasonable temperature in the winter time which is of great value to swimmers.

Nice place to work out. Clean and friendly environment. Lots of classes to choose for young and old, to stay active. Seniors, don't stay home there's something for you at the y.

I have already recommended the YMCA in westchase to friends. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Classes are taught by excellent trainers and the personal training with Michelle has helped me incredibly. Great machines to use and such a great Vibe

I had recently made a review re: the ceiling tiles/vents that needed some TLC. They since have addressed this issue and have made a great effort to fix things, which reflects positively on managements commitment and is greatly appreciated!
