Great atmosphere good customer service enjoy the classes
The child care center: I think his name was PJ but he was there Sunday and was really so amazing. I have a one year old who is not good at leaving me which makes it hard to have any time to myself let alone exercise. I haven’t been to the gym in years and trying to feel normal again in my body and the baby was crying and I thought for sure I’d have to turn around and go home and try again another time but PJ had a fun way of taking the baby to kind of distract him and played with him and when I went to retrieve him PJ said he had to hold him most of the time/distract him and just the level of effort that he made to let me stay on the floor to exercise is more valued then I think he could ever know. So I just want to say thank you to the workers there who try their hardest with the kids so the parents can be healthier parents.

All the staff have been wonderful. The equipment is all in good shape and there are many different programs for all ages. Overall a great gym to workout and no pressure sales like other gyms.
