They REALLY NEED a box fan on the stage for the teachers! They all get hot and the ceiling fans (at least 15 years old) do nothing. There are other fans in the room that sometimes get moved out (and one of them was purchased by a member and belongs to her- well labeled). Most teachers are at the age of hot flashes and many students too. Please purchase a box fan and label it to stay on the stage. PLEASE!!

I attend the Water Aerobics class and really enjoy it, the instructor Allen is great! I also attend the Silver Sneakers class on Tuesday and Thursday. Lauren is an excellent instructor.

Because it is fun to work out at the Y and I enjoy the company, I always see a lot of people that I know. Especially Ed and Michelle, who make it very enjoyable!
The variety and options available at the YMCA are wonderful. There is a variety of classes with GREAT instructors. The equipment available is great. The pool is great.
The ymca offers such a wide variety of activities for seniors.
This is my favorite YMCA in the Tamp area. The staff if welcoming and professional. The facilities are clean. The staff is always responsive and caring. I know we have one of the older facilities here with come old equipment, i's been great this summer to have the pool aerator continue to work at keeping the pool cool. The thing looks like a dinosaur but it has done an excellent job keeping up with the heat. Taylor and is pool staff should be commended for a job well done.
Staff is very friendly. Place is always being cleaned. ZUMBA instructors are awesome.
Because I have met many nice people there. Because I am encouraged to do exercise. It is also convenient to my house.

Cons: use of gym is limited during summer camp. Parking stinks!
I love the classes and instructors but I think it could be cleaner, especially the room where we do Zumba, yoga and all the other classes. It’s kind of gross when yoga is at 10 am and when you’re on your mat there is hair swirling around you. When I mentioned it to management I was told the cleaning g people clean at night so, it shouldn’t have hair on the floor the next morning at 10 am. Also some of the hand weights and chairs are old and torn.
