I enjoy the range of equipment from cardio treadmills and the weight room I look forward to taking some lessons with the trainer staff
I love the aqua aerobics classes. But please make sure the lifeguards always set up the tents for the instructors. Also it would help if you could put in a mister for them, as it's only going to get hotter. A long time ago, the instructors could teach from the water but the Y now makes them teach from the pool deck and it's very hot out there.

I wrote email to Cora because yesterday I observed two ducks in the pool. It was Saturday so at 7:30 AM when I saw them, no one was there to fix the situation. I reported to front desk and she didn’t seem to think it was an issue.
My Personal Trainer Joann Levin is fabulous … very professional, caring, motivating … able to adjust exercises to my age & ability … all staff very friendly, welcoming & helpful … wonderful assortment of programs … very involved in local community … good facilities

I would recommend the Y for retired people. The variety of programs is terrific. I tried a number of classes. The special time for beginner pickleball players has been so much fun. (Thanks Peggy) I enjoy the different "views" of Silver Sneakers instructors.
Staff is friendly. Members are fun to work out with and chat! Awesome equipment on the wellness floor. Great classes! Nice pool! Nice max results room. Clean facility! And I use to work there! lol

Love Silver Sneakers, except when it was so crowded, and I couldn’t hardly hear or see the instructor….but was there a couple days ago and it was half the size and much better! Ed the instructor is great…I am a snowbird and will be leaving in a couple weeks unfortunately, liked Earll, he showed us around….
So far I’m enjoying my physical fitness exercise! Y is great place for a senior like me to use the facility that meets my needs.

It has programs for all ages
Great for families. My daughter is paralyzed and the splash pad is such a blessing. She can play independently and even practice swimming in it!
My kids also enjoy the Stay and play.
I like the little weight room.
Would be nice to have a sauna.
I am very grateful for the support to our all these years and my grandkids were able to enjoy many sports, especially swimming lessons that can save my lives,at a reasonable cost🙏. I would have to write a book ❤️ of how grateful I am 🙏😇❤️
If you are one Medicare, or referred by a friend, there is no cost for membership. the staff and facilities are awesome.
