The First name removed Sierra YMCA staff and facility are ABSOLUTELY FIRST-CLASS!!! From the time I enter the building, at 5am, until I complete my workouts (spin classes on Monday and Friday; and bootcamp on Tuesdays), I feel like a welcomed family member, receiving the 10 STAR treatment! NONE BETTER! Facility is super clean, state of the art equipment, kept safe and clean for our use! Thank you First name removed Sierra YMCA Family! YOU'RE THE BESTEST!!!

Recomiendo la Y porque brindan un ambiente seguro, organizado y lleno de respeto para los niños. El personal es atento, capacitado, responsable y demuestra un cuidado genuino hacia cada niño, en especial la señorita Claudia. Además, ofrecen actividades educativas y didácticas que no solo entretienen, sino que también apoyan el desarrollo académico, social y emocional. Me da tranquilidad saber que mi hija está en un lugar donde la cuidan bien y fomentan su crecimiento integral.

Everything has been wonderful. My daughter loves going to the YMCA after school. I have no complaints so far.
I find great delight in the water aerobics classes at the Bob Sierra YMCA. Each of the teachers brings a different kind of fun and activity to every class. My fellow classmates have been fun to get to know. Such a great experience. I will be glad when the weather warms up so we can get back in a regular schedule.
It would be awesome if the YMCA will provide better equipment for the classes. The pool noodles and water dumbbells have seen better days.
Ms. T and the others are great with the kids. My daughter came home saying they were doing a skit/play. Always creative and fun. Ms. T is also quick getting the kids out which is much appreciated.

Many things! Great equipment, hours open, very friendly staff (especially Sherry at front desk!). The bathrooms are awesomely clean!!!!!!! Thank you to staff who keep them that way!!!!!

I’ve seen improvement in the program since Joelle has joined the team and helped to lead. It always seemed a bit chaotic and like the children were running the show before. Now it seems more controlled and it appears there are more activities for the children to do.
I always wondered what activities were available for the children, in addition to having free play?
A big thank you for all of the incredible counselors who stay active, and engaged in our children. Providing a positive environment and most importantly a safe one. It breaks my heart that my daughter is at school literally all day, but she really seems to enjoy the Y program, the counselors, and the friends she’s made. Thank you to all and keep finding ways to evolve!
