Nice facility, lobby receptionist are welcoming and the workout instructors are very good at whet they do. I also like the family friendly programs offered such as trunk or treat, color run, etc.

The Y is very clean. All of the staff members are helpful and kind. Caleb has so much patience as a trainer and he has taught me and my daughter with Down Syndrome how to use the machines. He has also helped us with stretching and becoming more active.

My lessons were outstanding. I went from not knowing how to swim to being able to swim 2500 yards without stopping. My instructor was great! She was kind, aware of my lack of ability, and she taught me how to swim and not fear the water. She was great!
We enjoy the classics that are given. Everyone takes in consideration our age because when you get to that age your body can’t move like it useful to and the classes are created for our age.
