The equipment here is everything you need for fitness. Personnel are helpful in what you need to get fit and how to properly and safely use it. They treat Vets special with occasional snack- get-togethers that give each Vet an opportunity to meet other Vets. I'm in a special 3-months fitness program for qualified veterans called, Whole Health, for several months beyond 3months, at no cost, for which I'm excited and appreciate. I try to attend the gym each week day, even during my radiation treatment period. I believe my consistency has been a considered factor in extending my 3-month contract beyond the 3-month period. I'm very please with the Y.
My kids complain about BASE because I know they would rather be at home watching TV but they have a lot of fun and I know they are safe and looked after. I especially need to complement Mercy for the fantastic job she does at pickup. I really hope to see her again next year.

Jessie and all the people there have been so good to my son Ethan. He really enjoys dealing with all the people. I feel safe and that Ethan is in good hands when he is there!!

Jessie Portilla ♥️ she is a very caring young lady very devoted to her student as well as to parents. She does super well communicating with parents and updating behaviors as well as good things since I meant this young lady, I have felt a big relief knowing that Cristiano Torres is surrounded by someone safe wonderful and caring if I was to sit here and write, I would have to buy a book. I scored a 10 based off the handle meant of an issue I had with the after school program counselors and the resolution of how it was handled by the upper staff (I was very pleased) … I wouldn’t refer parents with kids with disabilities while the younger counselors are still working there, hopefully things change in the future to more mature , older workers not ones that get easily overwhelmed and aggregated with kids. Management in the main office of YMCA is wonderful. I haven’t had any issues and my oldest son is 18 .. All my kids been going for many years to the same after school program. It’s recently things are changing with these younger generational counselors not caring and just wanting the pay! Not in it for the right reasons. Prayers work and I pray it gets better
En el Bob Sierra North hay mucha variedad de clases, aparatos, recursos humanos y quiero como siempre agradecer a las personas que hacen posible que personas como yo de bajos recursos podamos tener acceso a este privilegio de hacer ejercicio para mantener una vida más sana. Igual destacar las clases de Allá, porque es una instructora muy entregada a su trabajo, puntual, siempre con una gran diversidad de ejercicios. Lo mismo q la instructora Christine.También destacar el aseo y organización del YMCA
I love the water aerobics classes on Saturday. I hate how cold the pool always is despite being told it’s between 81° and 83°.
