The staff engage with the children and try to encourage them to all participate with each other in activities, schoolwork, and crafts. The core values that they are teaching the children are wonderful to see, and I feel as though my son is enjoying his time so much, which makes me as a parent. Very happy!

It's an opportunity to make friends and good health. The group classes are organized and the instructor, in my case Wilda is happy, energetic and knowledgeable. We enjoy silver sneakers and chair excetsices. The areas are clean and the the personal are nice.

My kids are 8 and 6. At the last daycare they were basically confined to one room for afterschool, and would go outside for 30 minutes. With only one or 2 teachers in the room for 30 kids of aged 5 to 12. At the Y there are multiple teachers/counselors. Theres actual room for the kids to play. They arent confined to a 20x10 room. Definitely more ideal than any other after school program at an outside daycare.
