It’s new, it’s nice it has a great pool and the staff is friendly

Everyone seems so pleasant, from the wandering portors, front desk personnel, to the personal trainers. You have successfully dealt with the potty-mouth old men. And there unusably a short wait,if any wait at all, to access the piece of equipment that we are waiting for.
I can tell you from experience that you will save money on better-quality white hand towels in the locker rooms, That this water-resistent kraft roll paper takes too long and requires too muct product dry one's hands. I conducted a "washroom Advisory Service for Walt Disney Enterprices to assure that guests would spend as little time as possible in the rest rooms. As for the toilet paper, it it disgraceful. Woud you use inferior quality like that it your home?
However, the facilities and staff remain THE BEST and do enjoy the YMCA experience.

Please fix the multiple roof leaks. Replacing the ceiling tiles does not fix the issue.

I love playing pickleball in the indoor gymnasium. I also love the variety of group fitness classes offered.

Great facilities and a wide offering of activities for all family members. Helpful and supportive staff.
I enjoy the classes and instructors. My kids like the kids club but never have a chance to go because the hours are so short on the weekend. It also would be great if you could offer Strength more than once a week. It would also be nice to have each spin class have stretch or gentle yoga before or after.
Faculty and facility are friendly and informative. The equipment is plenty
I love the Y but honestly I think the gymnasium is out of hand with too many people. Kids are running around while game us in playing ball, gymnastics? Patents are not watching the little ones go in the court while players on.. someone could get hurt.
Just an advice the other campus Campo for example a Y staff person stands at the door and only allows players & families/friends in at a time. The following next teams n families should wait outside. Also since there's 2 doorways maybe use 1 for in and other for exiting.
Every one at the Y are extremely friendly. I feel like I am at home! Just love it!!!
